I am a full service real estate Broker here in San Antonio. I have worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years now. I have worked in the past for 2 diffrent franchised fiirms, and one of the largest local companies. I was alarmed at the high cost of selling a home, and started my present company Kiser Realty as a mutually beneficial enity for both the seller of a home and my company. I can save you thousands of dollars on the listing and sale of your home by discounting the commission rate. Commission rates are negiotiable for all companies according to law, I just strive to be the lowest in San Antonio.

Generally , I can save a client up to 1.5 percent on their commission on the sale of their home if they list with Kiser Realty. More or less depending on the home itself.

I also have a "move up program" in which I will sell a clients present home for no commission to Kiser Realty, if you will purchase your next home from me! This can save you 3% on the sale of your home. Simple as that.
